It is difficult to note the services that we provide because unlike many large consulting groups, the
members of the MGME Group are not limited by large corporate protocals and rigid rules.
Our members are self employed consultants. This saves our clients thousands in overhead fees that are
usually associated with hiring a consultant while getting the best professionals available. MGME Group
consultants go beyond the norm to be innovative, cost effective, and diverse in their projects.
MGMEGroup focuses primarily in information technology procurement and services. 95% of the consultants
work as interim staff for the information technology departments of our clients. In the past we have worked
as interim CIO's, Director of IT, Director of Purchasing, HR Director, Purchasing Managers, Vendor
managers, system integration experts and much more!

We are looking for more consultants for our client
members! Work from home and client site.
If you have at least 5 years of post college work experience in information technology and would
like to join us please email a cover letter and resume to:

We are open minded about majors but you must have a verifiable college degree, be bondable
( insurance), a clean driving record, and three personal references. We also require that you are
able to have upon the signing of your contract: 24 hour access to a computer, color printer, fax
service, email through yahoo, internet service ( min dsl) and a cell phone with unlimited hours.
Our clients are all over America and we usually work from a virtual office with the occassional
client visit depending on location. Often, our members will have to be onsite for a period of time.
All costs will be included in contract.
Currently, our client members need people who have certifications in purchasing management,
MCSE, Cisco Network engineers, Human resources, software : JDEdwards, SAP, People soft,
Oracle , ERP, or who are willing to get the certifications they need within 6 months of position
acceptance. Our consultants generally work with 4-5 businesses at a time and are paid as 1099
consultants, however some can be hired directly by a client member after 90 days. All IT
specialties are welcomed. We will contact you if we have a position for you, all resume's are kept
for 2 years but can be updated every 3 months.
The preferred candidate is one who is able to handle multiple projects, work within a corporate
environment on new teams, work without a manager ( independently) and is good with details.
These are for people who want to work for themselves but have the benefit of a group behind them.
The MGMEGroup does not guarantee work, quality or length or positions. Each member must
complete each contracted project and maintain positive customer relationships.

Stay near site for 90 days at local hotel, hire local IT service tech

Visit site during emergencies, monthly meetings
Salary: 90k plus cost of lodging and travel reimbursed at 90% up to 120@day
All federal holidays and weekends off except in case of emergency, 3 weeks PT/VT
Background: 15 years IT exp. BA in English, MIS(online), MCSE, CCE
